 RELYNART indications

 RELYNART is an injectable product consisting of a buffered solution of sodium hyaluronic acid salt with remarkable viscoelastic properties, highly purified, with a medium molecular weight. It exists in five versions: 24 mg / 2 ml (1.2%), 30 mg / 2 ml (1.5%), 40 mg / 2 ml (2%), 60 mg / 4 ml (1.5%) and 80 mg / 4 ml (2%). Sodium hyaluronate represents an essential component of the synovial fluid to which it confers its particular viscoelastic properties. RELYNART sodium hyaluronate  is obtained through fermentation without chemical treatments. It is in the form of pre-filled disposable glass syringes with a sterile non-pyrogenic solution. In rheumatic and degenerative diseases of the joints, there is a decrease in the amount of hyaluronic acid with a consequent reduction in the viscosity of the synovial fluid. This results in the deterioration of joint function and pain.

 The intra-articular administration of hyaluronic acid is able to restore the viscoelastic properties of the synovial fluid, with a significant improvement in joint mobility and the consequent attenuation of pain and the inflammatory response.

Dosages :24 mg / 2 ml (1.2%) – 30 mg / 2 ml (1.5%) – 40 mg / 2 ml (2%) – 60 mg / 4 ml (1.5%) – 80 mg / 4 ml (2%)

Use : RELYNART 24 mg once weekly for 5 weeks,  RELYNART 30 mg/40mg once weekly for three weeks. RELYNART 60 mg/4ml once weekly for three weeks, RELYNART 80 mg/4ml as a single infiltration.

RELYNART has excellent tolerability and acts only at the level of the joint where it is injected without exerting any systemic action.
